Shipping Policy

• We process all orders within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

• Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners across India.

• Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

• Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Banarasi Textiles, we maintain strict quality checks before dispatch. Therefore, returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

Eligible Cases

• Product received in damaged condition.

• Wrong product received.

• Missing item in the package.

Mandatory Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange request:

1. An uninterrupted package opening video is compulsory.

2. The video must clearly show:

   • The sealed package before opening.

   • The shipping label.

   • The complete unboxing process.

   • The product received inside.

3. The video must be recorded in a single take without any cuts, edits, pauses, or alterations.

4. Requests without a valid unedited opening video will not be accepted.

5. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind.

• Color variation due to screen/mobile display settings.

• Personal dislike of the product.

• Incorrect order placed by the customer.

• Minor thread variations or handmade weaving characteristics.

• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.

• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Return & Exchange Process

1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Share your order number, issue details, photos, and the complete package opening video.

3. Our team will review the request within 2–5 business days.

4. If approved, a replacement or exchange will be arranged.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only if a replacement product is unavailable.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before 24 Hours.

• Once an order has been proces , cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
